2025 - early 2026 Property Flip
This flip project was acquired in September 2025 and took an ambitious turn when we decided to reconfigure the ground floor space to a create a modern open-plan lounge and dining area, giving the property a fresh, contemporary flow with high quality finishes throughout.
Work is underway and we're on track to complete the project within a 16-week schedule - actually edging ahead of time, slightly over budget, with full completion expected at the start of 2026 when the property will then be listed for sale on the open market.
